(Brendan LaChance, Oil City) CASPER, Wyo. — High temperatures in the Casper area are expected to be in the 80s from Monday through Friday, with over-90-degree heat to return over the weekend, according to the forecast from the National Weather Service in Riverton. Casper will see a chance for some showers and thunderstorms from Wednesday night through Sunday. Monday's high is expected to reach 86 degrees, followed by a high near 85 degrees on Tuesday, the NWS in Riverton forecasts. Wednesday's high in Casper is expected to reach near 85 degrees as well.
